We will accept goods back at sisuhair.com on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and tamper resistant seals must be intact. If the packaging/tamper seals are broken or product is returned damaged and the item cannot be re-sold returns will not be accepted.

We will replace damaged products on a like for like basis. 

 A replacement product will be dispatched after receipt of damaged product on the basis that we are satisfied that the cause is not neglegent or due to misuse.

We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested.

When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order details and the reason for the return.
