Every effort is made to see clients at the time of their appointment, but in order to produce quality work and maintain a high standard of service, sometimes delays are inevitable.

We appreciate good notice if you are unable to keep an appointment - at least 24 hours where possible. No charge is made for a cancelled appointment if reasonable notice is given.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any service performed notify us within seven days and we will endeavour to rectify any problems free of charge.
